Ornella Fassu, PharmD, APh, BCGP, currently serves as a CDTM Pharmacist at East New York Diagnostic and Treatment since May 2020, where responsibilities include independent chronic disease management through Collaborative Practice Agreements with physicians to enhance patient-specific medication therapy management and improve facility STAR ratings. In addition, Ornella serves as Clinical Training Director at Experient Consulting Corporation and has held the position of Clinical Pharmacist at Kedren Community Health Center, Inc. since January 2017, focusing on pharmacotherapy management and patient health monitoring. Ornella Fassu earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Hawai‘i System from 2012 to 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from UCLA from 2008 to 2011.
