Davide Caramagno is a seasoned professional in talent development and marketing within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent & Development Director at Kedrion Biopharma since June 2023, Davide previously held various positions at AstraZeneca from July 2010 to June 2023, including Europe & Canada Talent & Development Regional Partner, Head of Learning & Development, and roles focused on managing sales and marketing functions. Davide's experience at AstraZeneca involved innovative sales strategies and enhancing mature brand portfolios. Prior to that, roles at L'Oréal included Area Manager for Cosmetique Active, overseeing sales teams and business development initiatives, as well as key account management.
