Federico Latini

Federico Latini has a wide range of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Federico currently holds the positions of Global Plasma CEO and Board Member at Kedrion Biopharma, where they have been working since 2012. Prior to their current roles, they served as the Global CFO with responsibilities in M&A, procurement, IT, and risk insurance. Federico also held the positions of Deputy CFO, Director Group Controlling, Director Corporate Strategy Execution, and Corporate Business Development Manager at Kedrion Biopharma.

Additionally, Federico Latini has held leadership positions at other organizations in the biopharmaceutical sector, including Chief Executive Officer at KEDPLASMA and Board Member at Kedrion Biopharma Gmbh and HUMAN BioPlazma Kft. Federico also served as Chairman of the Board at Kedrion Betaphar and Deputy Chairman at KedPlasma LLC.

Before their career in the biopharmaceutical industry, Federico Latini worked at Unicredit in group organization and at Value Partners as a manager.

Federico Latini completed their management engineering degree at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1998 to 2003. Federico also participated in a one-year exchange program at UC Santa Barbara in 2001-2002, studying business and engineering.
