Currently serving as a Senior FP&A Manager at BPL Plasma, Hugh specializes in standard costing, inventory control, and operational reporting to enhance decision-making and support process improvements. Prior to this, Hugh was the Practice Owner at Robarts Accountants & Business Advisors and Founder of justGlamify Ltd, where key achievements included successful business presentations to major retail chains. With a strong background in financial management at L'Oréal and Merrill Lynch, Hugh has demonstrated expertise in budget preparation, financial compliance, and business integration, underpinned by an educational foundation in International Relations from the University of Warwick and Business Administration from the University of Bath, alongside a CIMA qualification.
