Martin Madrigal

Martin Madrigal is an experienced manufacturing leader with a robust background in operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Keeco, LLC since December 2020, Martin provides leadership and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement within the facility. Prior to this role, Martin was General Manager at Hollander Sleep Products, LLC from December 2003 to October 2020, where oversight was given to production, quality, maintenance, safety, and shipping. Martin also held the positions of Shipping and Receiving Manager at LDR Industries from March 2000 to November 2003 and Production Manager at Hollander Sleep Products between 1996 and February 2000. Martin holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. Augustine College, completed in 1991.
