Tarun Juneja (TJ), RCIC

TJ has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of business management consulting. Tarun co-founded and currently serves as the COO and Principal Consultant at Keel since May 2021. Additionally, they are the founder, director, and principal consultant at Samskrta Immigration Consulting Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as director at Mind MyDocs Inc., which is now known as Keel.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, TJ worked at Evalueserve as a Group Manager in Business Management Consulting for Deutsche Bank from November 2018 to April 2019. Tarun also held the position of Assistant Vice President in Business Management Consulting at Deutsche Bank from October 2017 to November 2018.

TJ has a long history with Evalueserve, starting as a Research Associate in Business Management Consulting for Deutsche Bank from November 2006 to June 2009. Tarun then progressed to the role of Senior Research Associate from July 2009 to June 2011, and subsequently worked as a Manager in Business Management Consulting at Deutsche Bank from July 2011 to December 2014. Later, they returned to Evalueserve as a Group Manager in Business Management Consulting for Deutsche Bank from January 2015 to October 2017.

TJ began their career at Vertex Data Science as a Business Analyst from May 2004 to December 2004, and later as a Senior Business Analyst from January 2005 to November 2006.

Tarun Juneja (TJ), RCIC has a diverse education history. In 2019 to 2020, they attended CDI College and obtained a diploma in the Immigration Diploma Program with a focus on Canada Immigration and Administrative Law. Prior to that, in 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Furthermore, from 2000 to 2003, Tarun Juneja studied at AIHM, Chandigarh and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Management, also specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Tarun Juneja has obtained various certifications. Tarun became a Registered Member of CAPIC-ACCPI in October 2021 and earned the title of RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) from the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in August 2021. Tarun also completed several courses on consulting foundations, client management and relationships, technical writing, and leadership development. Additionally, they acquired proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming through the Evalueserve's VBA Simplified course. Tarun Juneja's proficiency in Microsoft Excel is verified through certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist - MS Excel 2003 and Expert Rating Certified Professional in MS Excel 2000, 2003, and 2007.
