Piers Lambert

Piers Lambert, MBA, is an experienced leader in innovation and product development within the medical devices sector. Currently serving as Head of Innovation at Keeler since September 2022, Lambert is focused on building the company's innovation pipeline through human-centred leadership. Prior roles include Design & Innovation Manager at PolarSeal, where responsibilities encompassed product development and market strategy for medical devices, and extensive experience at Linde, culminating as Associate Director Healthcare. With a solid engineering background from positions at Night Sky Consulting Ltd, Frazer-Nash Consultancy, QinetiQ, and DERA, Lambert possesses a strong foundation in mechanical design and project management. Academic credentials include an MBA from Imperial Business School and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
