Brittany Moore, PHR has a solid work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Brittany started their career in 2013 as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Heico Construction Group, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Congruence Talent Solutions as an Executive Construction Recruiter. Later in the same year, they transitioned to Keeley Companies, first as a Talent Acquisition Manager and then as a Talent Acquisition Director.
Brittany Moore, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication, General and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Highschool Diploma from Lutheran High School South in 2009. In terms of certifications, Brittany obtained a PHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2016. Brittany also holds additional certifications including a Certificate in Advanced Talent Strategy from Wharton Executive Education (obtained in 2021), and certifications in Persuading Others and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn (both obtained in 2021). Brittany is also registered for a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
