John D. Regan

John D. Regan has varied work experience in different industries. John D. currently holds the position of Vice President of Learning & Strategy at Keeley Companies, where they have been working since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Learning & Professional Development at the same company from December 2016 to February 2023.

Before joining Keeley Companies, Regan owned their own company, Lead Thru Example, LLC, since 2008. John D. also worked as a Senior Project Manager at L. Keeley Construction from October 2015 to December 2016.

In the earlier stages of their career, Regan worked at Herst & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Geological Engineer from 1998 to 2015. John D. also founded and owned ReganSound Productions, providing audio/video production services for private clients from January 1990 to August 2008.

Additionally, Regan worked as a Staff Geological Engineer at Water Management Consultants from 1997 to 1998, at Golder Associates from 1996 to 1997, and as a Staff Engineer at McLaren Hart Environmental Consultants from 1994 to 1996. Prior to these roles, they served as a Camp Counselor at Camp Ondessonk from 1988 to 1993.

John D. Regan attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1990 to 1994, earning both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering. In 2018, they obtained the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification - Bronze Level Certified Professional from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC.
