Kristina Gutiérrez (she/her/they) MBA, SHRM-CP

Kristina Gutiérrez (she/her/they) MBA, SHRM-CP has over 15 years of work experience in Human Resources and related roles. Kristina began their career in 2005 as the Client Relations Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. In 2007, they moved to Mid-Atlantic Finance Corporation as the Office and Property Manager. In 2008, they joined PwC as a Human Resources Sr. Associate. In 2017, they began working at Center for Orthotic and Prosthetic Care (COPC) as the Human Resources Manager. In 2018, they moved to Terra Dotta, LLC in the same role. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Keen Decision Systems as the Human Resources Manager.

Kristina Gutiérrez earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Virginia University in 2004. Kristina then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, which they completed in 2012. Kristina is also a certified SHRM-CP.
