Angela Crossley is an experienced professional in risk management and customer experience, currently serving as a Risk Management Analyst at Keenan since December 2018. Prior to this role, Angela worked as a Customer Experience Manager at CLARA analytics from February 2018 to December 2018 and as a Senior Loss Control Consultant at Keenan & Associates from April 2016 to February 2018. Angela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree with a major in English and a minor in Creative Writing with an emphasis in Japanese from Cal State East Bay - College of Business & Economics.
