Suzanne Miles Smith

Suzanne Miles Smith has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership positions. Suzanne began their career in 1992 at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, where they worked in human resources. In 1995, they moved to Spectacor Management Group, where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 1997. Following this role, Suzanne joined PacifiCare as a Senior Consultant in HR, a position they held until 2002. Suzanne then joined Blue Shield of California as the Director of Human Resources, contributing to the company until 2004. Suzanne's most recent experience was as the Senior Vice President of Human Capital at Keenan & Associates, a position they have held since July 2004.
