Steve Horsfield

Steve Horsfield serves as the Finance Director at KEENFINITY Group since May 2025, leading the carve-out of the UK Security and Safety Systems division from Robert Bosch Limited into a new entity, Keenfinity Limited. Prior to this, Steve held various roles at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, including Head of Commercial Finance and Sales Operations, where oversight of financial operations and process development for a £20m turnover business in the UK and Ireland was managed. Steve's career also includes positions as Financial Controller at Bosch, managing a £25m turnover unit, and Financial Accounting Manager for Bosch UK's principal business with £200m revenues. Earlier experiences include roles at Tetra Pak and Reed, with a foundational education in Economics from the University of Nottingham and a professional qualification as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).
