Franny Odziana

Franny Odziana is an experienced footwear developer currently serving as a Senior Footwear Developer at KEEN since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the advanced technical development of footwear projects from inception to commercialization. Prior to KEEN, Franny held various roles at Wolverine Worldwide, including Product Developer II for Chaco and Product Developer for Hush Puppies, where significant contributions were made to product ideation and development, notably the EVA slide called Chillos. Franny's career also includes positions as an Interior Design Consultant at La-Z-Boy and Merchandise Manager at Winston Retail. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Footwear Innovation from SLEM and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Apparel and Textiles from Western Michigan University. Ongoing professional development includes participation in a Hiking Boot initiative and a Footwear Pattern Making Course.
