Hari Perumal

Hari Perumal has extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing operations. Hari has held leadership positions in various companies, including Keen Footwear (Fuerst Corporation), where they served as Chief Supply Chain Officer, Senior Vice President - Global Supply Chain, and VP Global Technical Operations. During their tenure at Keen Footwear, they focused on product design innovation, merchandizing, product availability, product quality, inventory productivity, cost management, and gross margin objectives. Prior to working at Keen Footwear, they were the Director of Manufacturing at Ariat International Inc., where they played a key role in revenue growth and implemented Six-Sigma initiatives to improve production and quality. Hari also has experience as a PVRT Facilitator at DaimlerChrysler, where they implemented TQM processes, and as a Plant Manager at Tooling Technology Center Inc., where they achieved cost reductions through product re-engineering. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Gabor AG, where they implemented quality assurance programs and achieved ISO 9002 compliance for manufacturing factories.

Hari Perumal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras. Hari also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems/Quantitative Business Methods and an MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management, both from California State University - East Bay.
