Celyna Wade is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting and previously as an Account Manager at KeenLogic since October 2021. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of the recruitment life cycle, such as sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers, and background checks. Prior to this role, Celyna worked as an Information Technology Recruiter, focusing on talent sourcing, onboarding, and facilitating candidate paperwork for security clearance and payroll. Celyna's career began in the US Army, where service as a Military Police included providing security and gathering investigation information as a first responder. Celyna holds an Associate of Science degree in Cybersecurity from Pensacola State College, earned between August 2018 and March 2021.
