Ismael Barragán López is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Keep since October 2023, Ismael was previously in similar roles at Lyft and SalesLoft, where significant contributions included designing and maintaining a Conversation Intelligence product while leading a team of engineers. Ismael has also played a crucial role as a member of the technical advisory committee for the 2021 state elections in Jalisco, providing IT guidance and support. Further experience includes leadership positions at Kueski, where Ismael transitioned to mobile app development, and at various roles within the Instituto Electoral y de Participación Ciudadana del Estado de Jalisco, culminating in the design and implementation of a custom CMS.
