Sara Epps Donahue

Sara Epps Donahue is an accomplished professional in revenue operations and business transformation, currently serving as the VP of Revenue Operations at Keeper Security, Inc. since March 2025 and a member of Pavilion since December 2022. Previously, Sara held key roles at Pluralsight from August 2021 to March 2025, including Sr. Director of Revenue Business Transformation, where leadership was demonstrated over a 250-person sales and success team, driving revenue initiatives and strategic alignment. Additional experience includes pivotal positions at the United States Air Force as an Operations Research Analyst and MarketStar as a Business Intelligence Account Manager. Sara holds a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Project Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
