Hugo Dechesne

Hugo Dechesne has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Hugo started their career in 2003 as an intern at Xerox, where they worked on the Xerox Intellectual Property Management project. After that, they worked as a Flash developer at Media Republic/Eccky from 2004 to 2007, eventually becoming the Lead Flash Developer. Hugo then moved to HD Interaction in 2008 as a freelance Flash/Flex/AIR developer. In the same year, they joined Random Studio as a Freelancer, and later became a Partner and Technical Director, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Hugo worked as the Technical Director at their own company, Hugo Dechesne. In 2019, they co-founded Kaizen BV and served as a Co-Founder until 2023. Currently, Hugo is the Head of Product at Kees de Boekhouder.

Hugo Dechesne earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between the years 2001 and 2004. Hugo then pursued a Bachelor of ICT degree from the same university, completing it in the years 2001-2005.
