Lauren Ishee Neider-Ball

Lauren Ishee Neider-Ball is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management and training development. Since March 2018, Lauren has held multiple positions at Keesler Federal Credit Union, currently serving as an MCC Training Development Specialist and Team Lead, previously working as a New Account Specialist and Member Contact Specialist. Prior to this, Lauren was an M•A•C Retail Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and held various roles including Senior Caregiver for a Private Family, Associate Manager of People at ULTA Beauty, and Artist/Gallery Manager at Canvas & Cocktails, LLC. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Product Consultant at SEPHORA. Currently pursuing a BSBA in Management at The University of Southern Mississippi, Lauren also holds a high school diploma from Gulfport High School.
