Melissa Wilhelm

Melissa Wilhelm joined Kegman in February 2021 as their first Director of Contracts. With over 25 years of experience, her background is in full life cycle contract management, export compliance, program management and procurement. As a military spouse, she has served in contracting and program management roles in several countries and brings a unique perspective to her role at Kegman. She has experience in both the services and manufacturing sectors. This perspective allows for total contract management from suppliers to customer delivery and close-out in a wide range of customer and acquisition types.
