Pouya Zakeri is a Software Engineer currently employed at KEH since June 2022, collaborating with both software engineering and data engineering teams. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Software Engineer at Devrize from March 2022 to July 2022, and multiple roles at Colorado School of Mines, including Researcher focused on utilizing machine learning for geological data classification from September 2021 to January 2022, and conducting protein association research in relation to COVID-19 from August 2020 to April 2021. Pouya Zakeri also gained experience as an intern at California State University, Chico in 2019, where skills in Python and circuit software were developed, and as an Assistant Researcher working on Optical Coherence Tomography projects. Earlier volunteer work included assisting in computer refurbishment at Computers For Classrooms. Pouya Zakeri holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines, obtained in May 2022.
