Chuck Graefen

Chuck Graefen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Chuck started their career at Jewel-Osco in 1986 as a Store Director/Store Management. Chuck then worked at Jewel Food Stores as a Market (Area) Manager from 1994 to 1996. Chuck continued their career at Jewel Food Stores as an Operations Specialist from 1997 to 2002 and later became a District Manager from 2002 to 2004.

In 2005, they joined Supervalu as a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and later became a Lean Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt - Distribution from 2006 to 2008. Chuck also served as a Director of Lean Six Sigma - Distribution from 2008 to 2011 and as a Sr Director of Business Transformation from 2011 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Kroger as a SR Director of Operations. Chuck then joined Walgreens in 2018 as a Business Transformation Services, Director until 2019.

Currently, Chuck Graefen is working at KeHE Distributors, starting in 2019. Chuck initially held the position of Senior Director, Distribution Support from 2019 to 2020 and is currently serving as the Vice President, Distribution Support.

Chuck Graefen has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University. Chuck also attended Andrew High School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
