David Steinberg

David Steinberg is currently an Advisor at KEI. Prior to that, they were an Associate Home Advisor at Better from April 2021 to February 222. In that role, they collaborated with loan officers to nurture files in multiple pipelines from application to funding, ensuring client satisfaction through all stages of the loan process. David also built meaningful relationships with clients, exchanging consistent communication via phone, text, or email, responding to urgent inquiries as well as providing general education of the mortgage process. David led their team in statistical call effectiveness first month upon promotion to new role.

Before that, David was the Operations Manager at Zen Island Hawaii LLC from August 2018 to September 2021. In that role, they oversaw company operations, regularly communicating with vendors and clients, guaranteeing that quality standards were maintained. David also managed employees of the retreat center, creating a harmonious team based work environment. David was responsible for outreach to potential clients in both Japan and the United States, as well as management of all post stay communication with guests of the retreat facility, ensuring customer satisfaction. David also led weekly guided tours of the retreat facility.

David Steinberg received a Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics and East Asian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. David then went on to study Global & International Studies at Meiji Gakuin University. Finally, they received their High School Diploma from Berkeley High School.
