Keikyu Corporation is a company primarily engaged in transportation business. The Company has five business segments. Transportation segment is engaged in the management and operation of railway stations, the passenger and chartered vehicle business, as well as the taxi business. Real Estate segment leases and sells real estate. Leisure and Service segment is engaged in the operation of hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities, golf courses, aquariums and amusement parks, travel business, as well as the provision of advertisement agency services. Distribution segment is engaged in the operation of department stores and shopping centers, as well as the sale of goods. The Others segment is engaged in the construction, civil engineering, electrical facility business, the transportation equipment repairing, building management, information processing and driving school businesses. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 64 subsidiaries and five associated companies.
