Louise Yochee Klein

Louise Yochee Klein is a seasoned leadership advisor and global project manager, currently serving as Principal at Courage Growth Partners since 1999. Klein specializes in innovation leadership coaching, pitch coaching, and facilitating workshops aimed at empowering high-potential leaders and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Klein's extensive experience includes conducting leadership assessments, offering accountability coaching, and equipping women executives to assert their voices and influence. In addition, Klein serves as a lecturer for Endless Frontier Labs, mentor at Keiretsu Forum and Mid Atlantic Bio Angels, and adjunct professor at Temple University, focusing on management and communications. Klein holds a PsyD in Clinical, Group, and Business Psychology from Widener University, along with a BA in Jewish/Judaic Studies, Communications, and Women's Studies from the University of Judaism.
