Tracy Oshiro

Originally from Hawaii, Tracy relocated and has worked in Washington state for over 30 years. She holds a BA in Communications and Art from the University of Hawaii, Manoa, as well as an MS in Human Resources from Marquette University.

Tracy’s professional experience is concentrated in medicine and healthcare. Medical College of Wisconsin, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and UW Medicine are a few prior non-profit organizations she has held HR positions. More recently she worked at Wesley Homes, a senior living community (assisted living/independent living/home health services) as its corporate recruiter.

As a third generation American-Japanese and semi-retired from work, Tracy has a strong interest to support Nikkei Manor’s success within the ID community.
