Srikanth Nasika

Srikanth Nasika is a Principal Software Engineer at Keka HR, with a career spanning over eight years in software development and engineering leadership. Since December 2015, Srikanth has contributed significantly to stabilising the payroll module and leading teams in developing new features, as well as guiding new engineers. Previous roles at Keka HR include Associate Architect and Lead Engineer, focusing on WPF application, mobile app architecture, and CI/CD pipeline automation using Azure DevOps. As a Senior Software Engineer, Srikanth led a team to build an Indian payroll system with statutory compliance. Earlier in the career at Technovert, Srikanth worked on a Microsoft Azure ePass application. Srikanth holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Andhra University, completed in 2014.
