Jukka Helin

Jukka Helin is currently the Director of Shared Services and Head of Unit for Digital Services and IT Experts at Kela, focusing on enhancing digital customer and employee experiences through lean and agile processes. Previously, Jukka served as the Head of Digital Customer Experience at Vapo Oy, where innovation in digital engagement was prioritized. At Helen, responsibilities included overseeing digital marketing and customer experience, along with managing development projects for digital services. Jukka’s career started with roles in marketing and communications, including positions at Avoine Oy and Optinet Oy, culminating in a solid foundation in customer service at Nordea Bank Finland. Jukka holds a Master of Arts in Finnish language and linguistics from the University of Helsinki and is currently studying Energy Technology at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
