Chengboey Lau

Chengboey Lau currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality Food Safety for AMEA at Kellanova since January 2024. Prior to this role, Chengboey Lau held several key positions at Kerry from September 2016 to January 2024, including Vice President of QHSE for APMEA and various director roles focused on food safety and quality across Southeast Asia, South Asia Pacific, and North America. Chengboey Lau's experience also includes serving as Principal Scientist for Food Safety Regulatory Compliance at Mondelēz International and Quality & Food Safety Manager at Firmenich. Previous roles at The Coca-Cola Company involved managing quality assurance and technical services. Chengboey Lau holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Operations Management from California State University - East Bay, and a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
