Emily Grigus

Emily Grigus (Wirig) is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Finance Director for the Bars Category at Kellanova since October 2023, Emily previously held similar positions at Kellogg Company from February 2019 to October 2023, including Finance Director roles for both Bars Category and Small Format Channels, as well as Finance Manager for Small Format Channels. Prior experience includes financial management at Mars from December 2012 to February 2019, specializing in the Gum & Mints Category and Wrigley Innovation & Strategy. Emily began the career at Motorola Mobility, where roles included Senior Analyst in Accounting and Financial Analyst in Portfolio Management. Emily holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
