Jerilyn Schultz Bliss

Jerilyn Schultz Bliss currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Internal Communications at Kellanova, after previously holding the same title at Kellogg Company, where successful storytelling initiatives connected employees with essential tools and information. With a rich background in corporate communications, Jerilyn has also been the Chief Operating Officer at Random Acts of Flowers, significantly contributing to nearly 500,000 flower deliveries that enhance emotional well-being in healthcare facilities. Earlier experiences include roles as Vice President of Global Internal Communications at Discovery Inc. and Vice President of Corporate Communications at Scripps Networks Interactive, where Jerilyn achieved exceptional employee engagement. Additional tenure includes positions at Kraft Foods Group, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and Turner Broadcasting. Jerilyn holds a BS in Radio, TV, Film from Northwestern University, an MBA from DePaul University, and additional leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
