Katrina Cooks Fitten, CMQ OE, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Global Quality & Food Safety Capability Development at Kellanova, where responsibilities include leading the development of standardized learning management systems for quality and food safety across global teams. Previous roles at Kellanova also include Sr. Manager of Global Quality & Food Safety Network Standards Technical Partner and Senior Quality & Food Safety Manager, where Katrina oversaw teams and managed significant budgets. Additional experience includes positions at Ready Pac Foods, CSM Bakery Solutions, Salem Baking Company, and Ken's Foods, covering various management and oversight roles in quality assurance and food safety.
