Matt Heywood

Matt Heywood is an experienced professional currently serving as the Customer Integration Lead for the UK and Ireland at Kellanova since October 2023. Previously, Matt held the same title at Kellogg Company from April 2022 to October 2023. With a distinguished career at Tesco from 2005 to 2022, Matt held various roles including Senior Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing five direct line managers and 70 staff, and ensuring accountability for over 400 employees. Matt also served as a Group Change Coach, successfully implementing a change initiative across 28 stores and facilitating large-scale training programs. Early in Matt’s career at Tesco, roles included Team Manager and General Assistant, focusing on customer service excellence and meeting key performance indicators. Matt holds A levels from All Hallows Catholic College.
