Michelle Ding

Michelle Ding currently serves as the Associate Director of PMO for AMEA Snacks at Kellanova, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Strategy Implementation Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of a regional flow network and the Maersk Air growth program. Michelle's experience also encompasses a three-year tenure as Integration Program Manager at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, focusing on the integration of OldTown White Coffee into JDE with an emphasis on financial reporting, compliance, and value creation. Earlier roles at Procter & Gamble included Business Planning Manager, Project Manager, Product Supply Manager, Initiative Operational Leader, and Production and Distribution Planning, demonstrating extensive expertise in supply chain management and strategic planning. Michelle holds an Engineer’s Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the National University of Singapore and has pursued further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
