Rudi Neeckx

Rudi Neeckx is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and process optimization, currently serving as the Corporate Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization Director at Kellanova since August 2020. Prior to this role, Rudi held several key positions at Kellogg Company from September 2011 to August 2020, including Global Autonomous Maintenance Director, where the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance across European sites was achieved, as well as leading the Pringles Kutno Plant Operations start-up and the development of the material supply chain. Rudi also served as the European Material, Process and Initiative Leader for Pringles, focusing on material and packaging innovations. Earlier experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble from January 2006 to August 2011, overseeing operations at the Mechelen plant. Rudi holds a Master of Engineering in Electromechanical Engineering and an Ing. EM in Material Technology, both from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
