Samantha Thomas-Berry

Samantha Thomas-Berry serves as the VP Global Talent & Chief Diversity Officer at Kellanova and has previously held the same title at Kellogg Company, where additional roles included Vice President of European HR and Senior HR Director for EMEA Supply Chain. Prior experience also includes positions such as European OE Manager and Head of HR for Manufacturing at Kellogg Company, and Head of HR - Reward & Performance and HR Manager - Manufacturing at BAE Systems. Earlier in the career, Samantha worked as an HR Business Partner at Marconi PLC. Educational credentials include completion of Executive Education at Harvard Business School and a degree in Business Studies with a focus on HR from Liverpool John Moores University.
