Michael Fioretti

Michael Fioretti is an Associate Attorney at Kelleher + Holland, LLC, specializing in estate planning and corporate law since November 2022. Previously, Michael served as an Associate Attorney at Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle, where practice areas included estate planning, probate, guardianship, and municipal prosecution in McHenry and Kane counties. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office and as an Associate Attorney at Johnson Teigen, LLC, focusing on estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, guardianship, and real estate. Michael began legal training as a Law Clerk for both the Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin, Inc. and the Green County District Attorney's Office. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
