Ray Collins has an extensive background in architectural design and planning, with experience in various managerial roles in the housing development industry. Ray currently holds the position of Head of Architecture and Planning Design at Kellen Homes, where Ray previously served as Senior Architectural Manager and Architectural Manager. Prior to this, Ray was the Director at RGC-Architectural LTD, an architectural design consultancy. With a strong technical background, Ray has also held positions such as Architectural Manager at Keepmoat Homes and Technical Manager at Gleeson Homes. Ray has a solid educational foundation, having pursued Building Studies at Warrington Collegiate Institute.

Our vision is to develop partnerships across the public and private sectors to substantially increase the supply of quality new homes of all tenures, and contribute towards solving the housing crisis.
