Jack Richards

Jack Richards is a seasoned telecommunications legal expert with a career spanning over four decades. As a Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP since 1986, Jack Richards provides counsel to the American Petroleum Institute on telecommunications matters before the FCC and serves as General Counsel for ENTELEC, the Energy, Telecommunications and Electrical Association. Prior to this, Jack Richards was a Legal Advisor in the Office of Commissioner Dawson at the Federal Communications Commission from 1976 to 1986. Jack Richards holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
