Anders Rasmussen

Anders Rasmussen, PE, is a seasoned water/wastewater project manager currently at Keller Associates, Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Anders served as a senior civil engineer and regional principal at SHN from January 2012 to October 2025. Additionally, Anders contributed to academia as an adjunct professor for the Civil Engineering Senior Project course at the Oregon Institute of Technology from January 2012 to March 2013. Anders's professional journey began at HDR, where extensive experience as a civil engineer focused on water resources spanned from September 1995 to December 2011.
