Julie Shiflett

Julie Shiflett is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As a Founding Partner at NWCFO since January 2008, Julie specializes in providing critical business support, including interim CFO and HR services. Julie also serves as a board member for Keller Associates, Inc. and Morrison-Maierle, Inc., and holds the position of Audit Committee Chair for the American Chemet Corporation. Previously, Julie has held key executive positions, including EVP and CFO at RLH Corporation and Executive VP - CFO for Red Lion Hotels. With a solid educational background, including a BA in Accounting and Economics from Eastern Washington University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, Julie has contributed significantly to various committees within Northwest Farm Credit Services and has served on the Board of Trustees at Deaconess Medical Center.
