Ben Whiting is a Partner at Keller Postman LLC. He is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience litigating complex, high-stakes matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants across a variety of practice areas, with clients consistently relying on Ben to present their cases to juries, judges, and arbitration panels.

At Keller Postman, Ben’s practice focuses on a broad range of litigation, including consumer protection, labor and employment, antitrust, product liability, class action, and arbitration. Through a combination of analytical skills, complex project management capabilities, and legal judgment, Ben secures the best results for clients by helping them navigate a wide range of novel issues.

Ben earned his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he graduated with High Honors. Prior to law school, he taught philosophy and logic at multiple universities. Ben received a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Wyoming and an undergraduate degree in finance and philosophy from Trinity University.
