Jessica Beringer

Jessica Beringer is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. She has litigated a broad range of disputes in state and federal courts, including class action, mass tort, and multidistrict litigation matters.

At Keller Postman, Jessica currently represents the State of Texas against Meta Platforms, formerly known as Facebook, for exploiting Texans’ biometric information in violation of Texas law.

Before joining Keller Postman, Jessica litigated complex commercial disputes at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and class action and mass tort product liability matters at Sidley Austin LLP.

Jessica was recognized as a 2022 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for demonstrating outstanding professional achievement and attaining a high degree of peer recognition. Jessica was also named a 2022 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in recognition of her professional achievements.

Jessica graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
