Emma Rettig

Emma Rettig has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Emma has worked as a Head of HR at Keller Postman UK Limited since September 2023. Prior to this, Emma served as the Director of HR Operations at GlobalStep from June 2022 until September 2023. Emma also held the position of People and Talent Manager at Mason Advisory Limited from January 2021 to June 2022. Emma previously worked as the Head of People & Culture at Sedulo from January 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Ford Credit from August 2014 to December 2018. Emma's earlier experience includes roles such as HR & Facilities Manager at Shoosmiths from January 2010 to August 2014, HR Officer at Leech & Co Solicitors from September 2008 to January 2010, HR Administrator/PA at Countrywide Property Lawyers from June 2005 to September 2008, and Office Administrator at Central Telecom in 2001.

Emma Rettig attended The University of Salford from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a pgDIP degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they attended York St. John University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, Television, Literature and Theatre, as well as another Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. Emma also has an upcoming certification in ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring from ILM, to be obtained in 2023.
