Amanda Gries

Amanda Gries has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the President of the Evansville-Area Human Resource Association since January 2018 and holding a position on the board of directors since that time. Amanda has worked as a Technical Recruiter at Keller Schroeder since October 2015 and previously held roles such as Assistant Manager of Recruitment and Headcount Management at Toyota Boshoku America and HR Generalist at Berry Plastics. At Berry Plastics, responsibilities included managing attendance, employee relations, FMLA, and payroll across three HR departments. Earlier in Amanda's career, significant experience was gained as a Senior Employment Representative at Springleaf Financial Services, focusing on recruiting and employee onboarding. Amanda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Marketing from Ivy Tech Community College.
