Phil Wineman

Phil Wineman has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as an Associate Broker at REMAX Realty Group since March 2012. Prior to this role, Wineman was the Broker/Owner at Realty Executives One from May 1992 to December 2011 and a Franchisee with Realty Executives International during the same period. Beginning a career in real estate as a Realtor with the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS (GCAAR) from 1985 to 2011, Wineman's background is supported by a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Rutgers University (1970-1972).
