Brandon Blue

Brandon Blue, CAM, CMCA, is an experienced Community Association Manager currently overseeing on-site operations for the Ronsley Condominium Association and Ontario Street Lofts Condominium Association at FirstService Residential Illinois since March 2022. Brandon has previously managed a portfolio of ten condominium and homeowner associations with ACM Community Management and served as an Assistant Community Manager at prominent properties, including a 460-unit high-rise in Gold Coast and a 410-unit rental building. In addition to real estate management, Brandon has worked as a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams ONEChicago since July 2023. Brandon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago and a Graduate Certificate in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.
