Matthew Bilheimer

Matthew Bilheimer has extensive experience in real estate leadership, currently serving as Executive Team Leader at Keller Williams Prosperity Realty since July 2019. In this role, Matthew focuses on building a high-performing leadership team to support over 400 agents, contributing to the firm’s recognition as the top real estate office in Passaic County. Prior to this, Matthew held multiple positions at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, including Assistant Team Leader and Director of Agent Services, where responsibilities included training, coaching, and recruitment of agents. Earlier experience includes managing operations at RE/MAX Heritage Properties and an internship at Flanders Valley Golf Course. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Lafayette College, graduated in 2010.
