Ashley Engelgau

Ashley Engelgau currently serves as a Stage Manager and Guest Experience Representative for the Jacksonville Jaguars, providing guest directions and managing service booths at EverBank Field and Daily’s Place since July 2023. Additionally, Ashley works as Event & Operation Staff for the Jacksonville Sharks, assisting with on-field promotions and guest escorting. With a background in real estate as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, prior experience as Lead Hostess/Host Coach at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and brief involvement with the PGA Tour operations team, Ashley brings diverse customer service skills to the sports and hospitality industries. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
